We are philanthropic at heart and we love helping people in need of interpreting. We will not omit, add, condense, or change anything - that's a promise. With us you will never miss a word, a thought or an idea!
Our more than a decade-long experience in conference and legal settings has resulted in providing accurate and professional interpretation solutions in an efficient and affordable manner. Language is our passion; it has been since we created our first website in 2007. We established ourselves in the Russian language business by interacting with our customers in such a way which creates the very best customer experience and provides access to quality interpretation services. And we still hold-on to these principles.
We don't cut corners or look for the quickest routes - we work hard! Our interpreters work faithfully and always convey the thought, intent, and spirit of the speaker. To ensure the highest quality interpretation, our interpreters receive interpreter-specific trainings.
We are a team of highly credentialed interpreters. We employ only the most skillful and knowledgeable interpreters who maintain confidentiality, ethical attitude, and professional demeanor - at all times. We are the best in the Russian translation industry.
We're a humanly human translation company and our philosophy is based on the belief that every person deserves access to a superb and the best value for money interpreting service. Depending on the assignment, we charge on a per-day or per-hour basis.
All information acquired by the interpreter during the assignment will be treated as confidential. Our interpreters exhibit professionalism and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Consecutive interpreting is the most common type of interpretation. It is a way of communication, which is divided into groups of sentences that the interpreter receives from the speaker and then converts to the other language. Usually the speaker waits for the consecutive interpreter to finish the interpretation. Consecutive interpreting is a highly-effective form of interpretation because the interpreter has more time to consider the intent of the speaker and select the most-appropriate words and phrases to convey the true context of the original communication.
Simultaneous interpreting involves an interpreter who is both listening to communication in the origin language and translating to a second language as quickly and efficiently as possible. This is done while maintaining a high rate of accuracy and speed as any delay could result in the translator falling behind and not being able to catch up to the speaker. While this is the fastest form of interpreting, simultaneous interpreting doesn't not leave the interpreter much time to take the origin language and determine the best words to convey the intent of the speaker's message.
Interpreter provides the meaning orally, whereas translator puts the meaning on paper. Both terms are usually used interchangeably.
Many factors come into play here, but it is always best to order interpretation service as far in advance as possible. However, a rule of thumb is to send a request at least one week prior to the beginning of the assignment.
Some of our interpreters have an ATA certification. In order to become certified by the American Translators Association, an individual has to become a member of the organization and pass an interpretation exam. These interpreters usually charge more than their non-certified colleagues. It is on rare occasions when a customer needs to have a certified interpreter.
We have been providing interpretation services for immigration interviews for many years in almost all US cities. We have interpreters who specialize in Green Card interviews and Asylum interviews. Green Card interviews are the easiest to interpret, whereas asylum interview interpreting can become a challenging task depending on the subject matter of the interview.
Usually we have a minimum of three hours per day/event.
In order for us to reserve an interpreter, you will have to make a prepayment using a credit card, debit card, PayPal, or Zelle.
We will require 100% reimbursement if you cancel within 24 hours of the start of the event; 50% if you cancel within 3 days of the start of the event and 25% if you cancel within a week of the start of the event.
We will be able to make a 3-way call so that you could 'meet' your interpreter before the actual assignment.
We LOVE what we do - and our customers appreciate how we do it. Take a look at what they say about our services and see for yourself why we are the first choice when it comes to language service in the United States.
First off, I want to thank you for your flexibility last month. Your interpreter was just BRILLIANT! Her being there last month turned the conversation around. Now that they see a professional do this, they are all on board. In fact, the only time we lost control of the meeting was when our former president's wife decided to translate something into Russian herself. The whole group started talking amongst themselves. Then your interpreter stood up and re-translated it herself and the crowd fell silent. We had many compliments from our Russian residents!
So clearly we are sold on your services!
